Mrs. Zular Pevia Bullard Locklear age 97 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on October 21, 1928, to the late Mr. Alford Bullard and late Mrs. Sally Chavis Pevia in Robeson County. She departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 05, 2026, at her home. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husbands, Roderick Bullard and James Locklear, two sons, Roderick Bullard Jr, and George Bullard, two daughters, Brenda Woods and Pauline Cummings, two grandchildren, Delbert (Zack) Cummings, Angela Cummings. She leaves to cherish her memories, three sons, Joe Gus Bullard, Arnold Bullard, Dexter Bullard, one daughter, Barbara Young, twenty-eight grandchildren, seventy-four great-grandchildren, seventy-one great-great grandchildren, Rockell Locklear,  her faithful CNA and devoted caregiver,  and a host of family and friends
