Winford Rogers Jr.

Mr. Winford Rogers Jr. age 83 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on October 2, 1936 to the late Winford Rogers and the late Helen D. Locklear in Hoke County, North Carolina. He departed this life to eternal life on Wednesday September 30, 2020 at his home. Along with his parents Mr. Winford was preceded in death by his wife Mrs. Betty Lou Rogers and  his son Courtney Rogers.

Mr. Winford was a wonderful father, brother and a great friend to many. He worked for Hoke County School System for 30 years.

Mr. Winford leaves to cherish his memories his son Jonathan Rogers and Delisa of Red Springs, North Carolina, two brothers Earl Rogers of Baltimore, Maryland, Carlton Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina, three sisters Grace Cochran, Merline Locklear, and Jeanette Chavis all of Red Springs, North Carolina, one grandchild April Rogers, two great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
