Willard "Randy" Randolph Sullivan, 66, of Red Springs, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2026, at Richmond County Hospice Center. He was born on March 21, 1959, in Cumberland County, North Carolina.
Willard was preceded in death by his son, Willard Randolph Sullivan Jr., as well as June Emanuel and Mary Ann Oxendine. He was the biological son of Betty Faye Sullivan and Larry Gardon Sullivan and was raised by Sanford and Magaline Jacobs.
Willard was known for his love of the Lord. He was a gospel singer who loved traveling and spreading the Gospel wherever he went, touching many lives through his music, faith, and testimony.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Rose Mary Sullivan of Red Springs; his daughter, Natasha Sullivan of Red Springs; and his sons, William Collins of Wilmington and Derek Collins of Pembroke.
He is also survived by his siblings: Stephen Sullivan (Tammy Sullivan) of Rowland, Ricky Butler (Sandra Butler) of South Carolina, Denise Sullivan, Diana Sullivan of Tennessee, and Alana Woods of Raeford.
Willard was a proud grandfather to five grandchildren: Alex, Raylon, Madison, Alexis, and Franchescha
He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Willard will always be remembered for his contagious laugh, warm smile, and the love he shared while spreading the Word of God through song. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
