Wildon Strickland

Mr. Wildon Strickland age 60 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on May 13, 1964, to the late Mr. Walter Shan Strickland and Mrs. George Ann Barton Barnes in Scotland County. He departed this life into eternity on May 23, 2024, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by two brothers, William H. Strickland, Jack Strickland, nephew, David Keith Goins, stepfather, Ted Barnes, grandparents, Mr. Mack and Mrs.Magdalene Barton.

He leaves to cherish his memories, two sons, Dustin Jacobs and Edward Locklear, three daughters, Alicia Locklear (Shayla), Candace Strickland (Thomas), Katlyn Jacobs ( Jonah), his mother, George Ann Barnes, mother of his children Carol Locklear, companion Andrea Locklear, stepchildren, Brayden, Kaylee, two brothers, Johnny Strickland (Stephanie), Jimmy Strickland (Nobalene), two sisters: Jane Strickland and Faye Clark, six grandchildren, Lakaiden Williams, Hezakiah Strickland Hunt, Zoey Hunt, Zadyn Hunt, Anna Lyn Locklear, Naila Locklear and a host of other family and friends.
