Wanda Kay Bullard

Mrs. Wanda Kay Bullard age 69 of Shannon, North Carolina was born on March 29, 1955 to the late Mr. Orba Oxendine and Mrs. Shirley Sharaf in Scotland County. She was called to her heavenly home on Wednesday, July 03, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loving family. In addition to her father she is preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Ann Oxendine, one brother, Leon Oxendine.

Mrs. Wanda was a devoted homemaker. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family that she loved and adored. She also enjoyed playing her piano. Her legacy of love and strength will forever be treasured in the hearts of her family and friends.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of fifty two and half years, Mr. Jimmy Bullard of the home, Four children, Marshirl Locklear (Spencer), Monica Johnson (Joshua), Jimmy Bullard Jr (Sarah) and Melissa Hunt (Jeremy), Mother, Shirley Sharaf and step-father Mustafa ,Three brothers, Ronnie Oxendine, Carl Dean Oxendine, Randy Oxendine (Lisa), Two Sisters, Barbara Scott (Stanley), Norma Rogers (Roy), twelve grandchildren including Kennedy Bullard of the home, eighteen great-grandchildren as well as a soon to be born great-grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.
