Vivian West Oxendine

Mrs. Vivian West Oxendine passed away peacefully on March 25, 2026, ready to join her Heavenly Father and be reunited with the family she loved most.

She was born on September 7, 1943, in Robeson County, North Carolina. She lived to be 82 years old.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Mr. Oscar Oxendine, her parents: Mr. Peter James West and Mrs. Sidney West, five brothers and one sister.

Mrs. Vivian is survived by one daughter: Ms. Crystal Oxendine, one son: Mr. Bobby West, two sisters: Ms. Lula Meadows and Ms. Francis Owens, two grandchildren: Damien Hunt, Sr. and Destiny Hunt, two great grandchildren: Damien Hunt, Jr., and Kehlani Hunt.

Even though we know Mrs. Vivian will be sincerely missed, we find comfort in the hope of meeting her again. May her memory live forever in all her family’s hearts.
