Mr. Tracy Louis Locklear age 75 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on July 25, 1945 to the late Mr. John Locklear and the late Mrs. Bessie Maynor Locklear in South Carolina. He departed this life on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at his home. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Howard Locklear, two sisters, Myrtle Locklear and Dorothy Lee Chavis.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Roberta Locklear of the home; one brother, John Locklear of Mrytle Beach, South Carolina; three sisters, Sarah Palmer of Marietta Georgia; Elizabeth Garner of Fayetteville, North Carolina; and Bobbi Carr of West End, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
