Ms. Tina ( Tony ) Locklear age 42 of Richmond, Virginia formerly of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on April 24, 1978 to Mr. Richard Locklear and to the late Mrs. Judy Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life on Monday October 5, 2020 at Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Tina was preceded in death by her mother Judy Locklear and her brother Richard ( Peanut ) Locklear.

Ms. Tina leaves to cherish her memories : one daughter Judy Layonte Locklear ( Isaiah ) of Richmond, Virginia, her father Richard Locklear of Lumberton,North Carolina,one sister, Anita Locklear (Billy) of Lumberton, North Carolina: two brothers, David Locklear ( Melissa ) of Shannon, North Carolina and George Anthony Locklear of Lumberton, North Carolina; her nieces and nephews, Don Earl (Natasha), Deridre ( Lee ), Victoria, Dee, Neveah, Brandon, Isaac, Gabriel, Brittany, Cheyenne, great nephews, Christopher, Lee and Desmond, a great niece Jayla along with a host of other relatives and friends.
