Mr. Tiffy Lerue Bullard age 76 of Shannon, North Carolina was born on May 11, 1949, to the late Mr. Sonnie Bullard and late Mrs. Blossie Locklear Bullard in Cumberland County. He departed this life into eternity on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a son, John Wayne Bullard, his siblings Luther "June Bug" Locklear, Roscoe Locklear, Eula Mae Maynor, Claire Smith, Dorothy Locklear, Minnie Bullard, Bensley Bullard, Ralph "Rufus" Bullard, Jannie Mae Jacobs.

Mr. Tiffy leaves to cherish his memories, his wife: Annie Mae Bullard of the home, two sons, Nathan Bullard (Samantha Locklear) of Maxton, North Carolina; Eric Dwayne Woods of Red Springs, North Carolina; four daughters, Janice Oxendine (Mitchell) of Raeford, North Carolina; Shirlean Bullard of St. Pauls, North Carolina; Michelle Bullard (Chris Caulder) of Red Springs, North Carolina; Sakeena Bullard (Billy Pate) of Raeford, North Carolina; one brother, Sonnie Bullard Jr of Shannon, North Carolina; two sisters, Josephine Jones of Raeford, North Carolina and Rosie Mae Bullard of Red Springs, North Carolina; Sixteen grandchildren: Jason Jones, Justin Clark, Cheyenne Oxendine, Lee Oxendine, Keisha Jones, Tiffney Bullard, Delton Locklear, Timothy Locklear, Brittany Locklear, Tamarah Sage Locklear, Aaron Curtis Oxendine, Lanya Pate, Billy K. Pate, Bryce Pate, Tristan Bullard, Niyla Pate, a host of great-grandchildren and family and friends
