She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clifton Ray Oxendine and Zelma Ree Oxendine, aunt, Susie Jacobs.

Ms. Tiffany leaves to cherish her memories her father: Tilton Chavis, her mother: Brenda Oxendine (Willie Milligan), two sons: Javon Goins and Jakota Goins both of the home, two daughters: Jalayah Goins and Jaquoiah Goins both of the home, one brother: Tilton Chavis Jr. of Maxton, North Carolina, three sisters: Shannon Chavis of Laurinburg, North Carolina, Reeceanna Chavis of Maxton, North Carolina, Courtney Milligan of Laurel Hill, North Carolina, grandparents: Sonier Chavis, Rhonda Locklear, Donald Locklear, special aunt and caregiver Martina Chavis of Maxton, North Carolina, uncle: Sonier (Sonny) Chavis Jr, special cousins: Jazzmon Oxendine, Jordan Oxendine, Cassie Horne and Tuesday Morgan, special friends: Shonny, DJ, Jackie, Justin, twelve nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
