Mr. Ted leaves to cherish his memories two sons Wayde Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina, Travis Locklear (Amy Hunt) of Pembroke, North Carolina, two daughters Cynthia Chavis of Red Springs, North Carolina, Marissa Locklear of Lumberton, North Carolina, one brother Lynn Locklear (Annie Ruth) of Pembroke, North Carolina, one sister Faye Smith of Pembroke, North Carolina, two grandchildren Courtney Chavis, Roosevelt Chavis III, one great-grandchild Bishop Riley Chavis, one step-granddaughter  Hannah Hunt one step great-grandchild Ashton Hunt, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
