Tammy Locklear age 52 of Raeford, North Carolina was born on December 14, 1973, to Marie Locklear and the late U.T. Locklear in Scotland County, North Carolina. She departed this life on January 6, 2026, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. Along with her father she was preceded in death by a son Steven Ray Bullard Jr., her stepfather, Robert English.

Tammy loved going to the beach and relaxing along with fishing. She loved traveling to the mountains, cooking and spending time with her family. Her favorite color was pink.

Tammy leaves to cherish her memories, her mother Marie Locklear (Johnny) of Raeford, North Carolina, two sons: Cody Bullard and Eric Bullard both of Raeford, North Carolina, two brothers: Michael Lee Locklear and wife Sibyl of Aberdeen, North Carolina, Bobby Shane Locklear of Hope Mills, North Carolina, two sisters: Melinda Rogers and Anthony of Raeford, North Carolina, Jessica Hall and Adam of Fayetteville, North Carolina, one grandchild: Aiden Alexander Bullard, three nieces: Brionna Rogers, Adrionna Rogers, Aliya Hall, two nephews: Jason Lowery, Adam Hall Jr., along with a host of other relatives and friends.
