Susie Ann Strong

Ms. Susie Ann Strong age 61 of Shannon, North Carolina was born on July 19, 1960, to the late John Allen Locklear and the late Mary Bell Scott Strong in Hoke County, North Carolina. She departed this life on June 28, 2022, at her home. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Ann Clark and Mary Sue Jacobs, two brothers, Joe Jr. Strong and Bobby Strong, stepfather,Joe Strong.

Susie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to all that knew her. She enjoyed spending time with her family, she also enjoyed singing in church, and family trips.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Thomas Earl Strong and wife Peggy of Red Springs, North Carolina, one sister, Peggy Jones and husband Ronald of Pembroke, North Carolina; special friend, Earl Stacy Brooks, two grandchildren, Timothy Earl Strong (Aundrea), Thomas Bradley Strong (Holanda) great-grandchild, Mayleah Strong, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
