Steven was preceded in death by his father Ervin Ray Bullard, a son Steven Ray Bullard Jr., and daughters Sierra and Sienna Bullard.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother: Shirley Ann Bullard, sister: Samantha Rose Bullard, brother: Christopher Dean Bullard (Jenny), sons: Eric Lee Bullard, Cheyenne Dakota Bullard, Novi Patrick Bullard, Lakoda Ray Bullard, daughter: Shoshoniee Ava Bullard, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
