Mr. Samuel Locklear age 47 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on July 31, 1973 to Mr. Leon Jones and Mrs. Ida Locklear Jones in Scotland County, North Carolina. He departed this life to eternity on December 3, 2020 at Southern Maryland Hospital, Clinton, Maryland.

Samuel leaves to cherish his memories his parents Leon Jones and Ida Locklear Jones of Red Springs, North Carolina, two daughters: Danielle Jacobs and Mikayla Jacobs both of Red Springs, North Carolina, a special friend April Smith, a stepdaughter Jessica Smith, a stepson Jonathan Chavis, four brothers: McClelland Jr. Locklear, Leon Jr. Locklear, Gene Marshall Locklear and wife Leah and James Lee Jones all of Red Springs, North Carolina, two grandchildren Jaxson Rios and Kolton Hunt, two stepgrandchildren: Jayvon Smith and Jaylen Smith, two nephews: Tristan and Garrison, four nieces: Porchia, Braya, Kaydence, Kara and a host of other relatives and friends
