Samuel "Luther" Jacobs Jr. 33 of Rowland, North Carolina was born on March 11, 1992, and departed this life on December 26, 2025, after an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his father Samuel Jacobs and a daughter La'Riyah Nicole Jacobs.

Luther is survived by his mother Wanda Sue Freeman of Rowland, his daughter Bella Rae Lowry of Lumberton, a brother Ricky Lee Jacobs of Carson City, Nevada, two nieces Maelane Jacobs and Samantha Jacobs, two nephews Laiken Jacobs and Chayton Jacobs, a special grandma Margeret Oxendine, a special uncle and wife Gerald and Tammy Maynor, a God brother Bryan Graham, two special cousins Monica Cummings and Freddie Hammonds, special friends Selena Chavis, Candice Jacobs and Amanda Walters, several aunts and uncles and cousins and a host of friends.
