Ruth Barton

Mrs. Ruth Barton age 90 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on October 12, 1933, to the late Sumpter Bullard and the late Odessa Locklear Bullard in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life on December 09, 2023, at her home. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, William Bullard, Belton Bullard, Steven Bullard, Jody Bullard, Bender Bullard, George Bullard, Gus Bullard, Bronte Bullard, Jim Bullard, Mack Bullard, and her sister Maize Bullard.

Mrs. Ruth loved to fish, she loved doing puzzles, she loved drinking mountain dews, she loved taking care of her flowers and she loved dipping her snuff. Mrs. Ruth retired from Converse after 30 years of service from November 24, 1967, thru July 18, 1997.

Mrs. Ruth leaves to cherish her memories her sister: Rose Brooks (Ervin) of Maxton, North Carolina, her brother: Waymond Bullard (Mary Lee) of Maxton, North Carolina, a host of nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
