Mr. Ronnie Locklear age 66 of Rowland, North Carolina was born on May 25, 1957, in Hoke County, North Carolina. He departed this life into eternity on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at his home. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by wife, Diane Locklear, three sisters, Rosie M. Bryant, Hazel E. Bryant, Ina Locklear, sister-in-law, Sandra Faye Jackson, brothers-in-law, Rev Edgar Bryant, Rev. Amos Bryant, Wilton Brooks, Ernest Locklear, and William Oxendine.

He leaves to cherish his memories, three daughters, Jacqueline Tonya Locklear, Samantha R. Strickland (Anthony) and Cessandra R. Locklear, two brothers, Tracy (Buddy) Bullard, Cleo Bullard, two sisters, Betty A. Brooks, Pastor Sherry Oxendine, five grandchildren, Lucious Locklear, Vincent Emanuel, Bobby R. Locklear, Betty Chavis, Patrick Sturdivant, special friends, Larry and Gwen Locklear and a host of other relatives and friends.
