Ricky Nelson Locklear

Mr. Ricky Nelson Locklear age 63 of 1273 Oxendine School Rd, Maxton, North Carolina was born on June 07, 1962, to the late Mr. Ernest Locklear Jr and Mrs. Mary Bell Locklear in Scotland County. He departed this life on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at UNC Health Medical Center in Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with his father is he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. Ernest and Elta Locklear, Mr. Norvell and Jessie Bell Bullard, sister, Elsie Mae Milligan.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Mary Bell Locklear and sister, Vicky Locklear both of the home. One son David Derell Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina; four nieces, seven nephews, special cousin Billy Ray Bullard and a host of other relatives and friends.
