Rev. Weymon Oxendine age 77 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on November 03, 1944, to the late Mr. Martin Locklear and the late Mrs. Beulah Mae Oxendine in Cumberland County. He departed this life to enter his heavenly home on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson Timothy Oxendine.
Rev. Weymon leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Blondie Oxendine of the home, three sons, Weymon Oxendine Jr, and his wife Katasha. Rev. Donald Oxendine and his wife Wendy, David Oxendine all of Red Springs, North Carolina; one daughter, Debra Chavis and her husband Michael, of Fairmont,North Carolina; two brothers, Terry Oxendine and Garry Oxendine, four sisters, Trina Marie Brayboy, Carolyn Hunt, Linda Ruth Hillard, Cathy McMillan, six grandchildren, Michael Donavan, Matthew, Kelsey, Jeffrey, Kohnner, Tariah, eight great- grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
In honor of Pastor Weymon Oxendine, he will lie in state at United Pentecostal Church from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29th, 2022 for viewing. At 6:00 p.m. will be testimonials: If you would like to share how Pastor Weymon impacted your life you may share during the hour from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. Visitation will begin at 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
