Regina Dial

Regina Dial age 77 of Shannon, North Carolina was born on March 25, 1948, to the late Ozella Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life on November 16, 2025, at The Carrollton, Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with her mother, she was preceded in death by her lifelong partner, William "Buddy" Jacobs, a granddaughter, Kaydon Ariel Dial.

Regina leaves to cherish her memories two sons: Alton Dial and Jonas Jacobs both of Shannon, North Carolina, one sister: Annie R. Oxendine, six grandchildren: Tara, Kimberly, Tyler, Allene, Christian, Jonas Jr., ten great grandchildren: Jamie, Kyla, Karmella, Jacoby, Cayden, Ava, Bessie, Martha, Payden, Tinsley, one great grandchild: Kahnyla, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
