Mr. Raymond Lamont Napper II, age 21 of Fayetteville, North Carolina was born on February 24, 1999 to Mr. Raymond Lemont Napper and Ms. Teresa Williams in Cumberland County. He entered into eternity on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfathers, Carnell Williams and Edward Johnson; paternal grandparents, Willie Napper and Erma Thompson.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Alysha Napper of Camp Humphreys, South Korea; his mother, Teresa Williams of Fayetteville, North Carolina; his father, Raymond Lemont Napper of Fayetteville, North Carolina; three brothers: Shakeem Williams of Ft. Stewart Georgia, Dwayne Williams of Fayetteville, North Carolina; and Caleb Thorpe, of Fayetteville, North Carolina; three sisters: Rayona Williams of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Rana Williams and Ty-Ramee Napper both of Jonesboro Louisiana. His maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Williams of Red Springs, North Carolina and a host of other relatives and friends.
