Ray Bullard

Mr. Ray Bullard age 65 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on December 13, 1959, to the late Claudia "West" Bullard and the late Alfair Locklear Bullard in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on July 15, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Along with his family he was preceded in death by his siblings Lindora Bullard, James Bullard, Harviline Bullard, Dot Bullard, Doug Bullard, John Allen Bullard, Tommy Bullard and Curly Bullard.

 He leaves to cherish his memories one brother Garland Bullard and wife Maggie Bullard of Maxton, North Carolina and a host of other family and friends.
