Randale Locklear

Mr. Randale Locklear was born on January 17, 1960, to the late Mr. Daniel and the Mrs. Georgianna Locklear. He departed this life on Monday August 28, 2023. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers Zelbert Locklear, Star Locklear, Tony Locklear, one sister Bula Milligan, a special nephew Daniel Locklear, daughter Tessie Emanuel.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Shirley Locklear, one son: Treasure Dial, two daughters Monica Fields and Mary Locklear, four sisters: Dymaries Locklear, Monday Mae Locklear, Mary Ann Locklear, Sarah Jane Henderson, four brothers: Presley Locklear, Don Locklear, Sky Locklear, Dixon Locklear, five granddaughters: Alene Barton, Victoria Lowery, Shirl Jacobs, Shylan Bullard, Lenemsee Locklear,  four grandsons: John Irwin, James Andrews, Layton Rogers, James Hunt, great grandchildren: Takiah Dial, Taniah Dial, Nilan Rogers Treylan Oxendine and  Auselena Oxendine along with a host of other relatives and friends.
