He is preceded in death by his father, Leroy Locklear, biological mother, Creamie Henderson, his parents, Purcell and Roseann Henderson, brother, Henry Earl Goins, mother-in-law, Naomi Locklear, brother-in-law, Sherman Ray Godwin.

He leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Amy Henderson, two daughters, Kayana Woods, Frances Locklear both of the home, brother, Randy Henderson (Victoria) of Wagram, North Carolina; three sisters, Sarah Henderson of Red Springs, North Carolina; Helen Carthens (Lorenza)of Raeford, North Carolina, Angela Deese of Wagram, North Carolina; father-in-Law, Rev. Gerald Locklear (Linda) of Maxton, North Carolina; brother-in-law, Dustin Locklear,(Charlene) of Raeford, North Carolina; sister-in-law, Sherlina Godwin of Wagram, North Carolina; grandson, Noah Paul Locklear, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
