Patsy Ann Oxendine

Patsy Ann Oxendine age 60 of Pembroke, North Carolina was born on April 10, 1963, to the late James Clayton Locklear and the late Lena Locklear in Scotland County, North Carolina. She departed this life on February 21, 2024, at UNC Health Southeastern, Lumberton, North Carolina. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson, H. Jayden Jones, a brother Jerry Locklear.

Granny Pat loved children, dancing, and cooking. She was a very outgoing person. She loved people, and she never met a stranger. She had a heart of gold.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son: John Oxendine of Maxton, North Carolina, one daughter: Lakrisha Oxendine of Red Springs, North Carolina, one brother: Currie Locklear of West Virginia, two sisters: Corinthia Locklear of Lumberton, North Carolina, Jewel Lowery (Dan) of Maxton, North Carolina, eight grandchildren: Lakoyah, Kayden, Hayden, Derrian, Kaleb, Destiny, Kendra, and Kendrick,  a special friend: Leewood Locklear, father of her children: Russell Oxendine, friends: Teresa Scott, Sophia Scott, Christine Oxendine, Teresa Carol Locklear, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
