Miss Patience Lynn Bullard age 23 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born in Scotland County on March 29, 2000, to late Allen Merle Locklear and late Brandy Michelle Bullard in Scotland County. She departed this life into eternity on December 20, 2023, at FirstHealth Hoke Campus Hospital. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Angel Bullard and Ricky Dwayne Bullard, grandfathers, Ricky Bullard, Gerald Collins, great-grandparents, Roy and Edna Tedder, Johnny Locklear, Mildred Locklear, great-great grandparents, John Willie Bullard and Harriet Bullard.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Leia Michelle Locklear of the home, companion, Anthony Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina, her mother, Kimberly C. Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; seven brothers, Brandon Bullard, Aaron Locklear both of Red Springs, North Carolina; Justin Locklear, Houston Locklear, Zaylan Locklear all Pembroke, North Carolina; Allen Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina; Jeremiah Jones of Red Springs, North Carolina; two sisters, Harley Bullard and Deanna (Charles) of Red Springs, North Carolina; grandmothers, Teresa Worriax, Betty Locklear both of Red Springs, North Carolina and a host of relatives and friends.
