Mr. Nelson Lee Jones age 60 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on April 28, 1964, to the late Bradford Jones and the late Lula Grace Oxendine in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on January 19, 2025, at Morrison Manor, Laurinburg, North Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Jones, a nephew, Christopher Jones.

Nelson leaves to cherish his memories one son: Jonathan Collins (Michelle) of Shannon, North Carolina, three brothers: Kiem Jones of Red Springs, North Carolina, Cardean Jones (Bonita) of Red Springs, North Carolina, Joseph Jones (Shelby) of Lumberton, North Carolina, two sisters: Judy Lee Bell (John Eric) of Red Springs, North Carolina, Janie Lynn Cummings (Bobby) of Bolton, North Carolina, two grandchildren: O'Riyah Jacobs, Lydia Jacobs, special friends: Amy Locklear, Daisy, James Lee Jones, Vanessa Jones, special cousin: Leon Jones, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
