Ms. Monica Bullard, she was rare, worth far more than rubies, always shining bright in the lives of everyone she touched. She left the world a better place when her heavenly father caller her home August 31st, 2020.
Monica was a Correctional Officer for the State of North Carolina for twenty-five years after recently retiring from the agency. She was strong, independent and dedicated to her job, family and most of all to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Ms. Monica Bullard was preceded in death by her parents Jessie B. and Vonnie E. Bullard; her brothers Jakie Bullard and Daniel J. Bullard; her sister-in-law’s Gloria A. Bullard and Sue E. Bullard; her nephews Kenneth R. Bullard Jr. and Paul R. Locklear.
She leaves to cherish her memories, Patricia Bullard of the home; a special nephew whom she cherished as a son, Patrick (Brenda) Bullard of the home; special niece, Chloe E. Bullard whom she loved and cherished as a granddaughter; sister-in-law, Betty Bullard of Maxton, NC; brothers and sisters, Kenneth (Nellie) Bullard of Maxton, NC; Ruby (Paul) Bullard of Pembroke, NC; Sallie Bullard of Maxton, NC; Rosa (Gurney) Bullard of Fayetteville, NC; Jesse (Gerita) Bullard of St. Pauls, NC; Wilbert (Elvie) Bullard of Pembroke, NC; Larry (Wanda) Bullard of Pembroke, NC; and Edward J. Bullard of Maxton, NC; and a host of relatives and friends.
