Miss Rakylah Jasena Clark, age 7, of St. Pauls, NC. entered into her heavenly home on October 31, 2017 at UNC Memorial Hospital  in Chapel Hill NC. She was born on March 10, 2010, to her parents Mr. Robert Clark and Lummie Clark in Robeson County, NC. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Charles "Hobbie" Locklear, Aunts, Mary Tonya Oxendine and Ernestine Carthins, Uncles, Ernest Steve Scurlock, and Steve Scurlock.

Rakylah attended Rex-Rennert Elementay School. She loved singing with her sister Reanna and loved attending church.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents, Robert Clark of Red Springs, NC. and Lummie Oxendine of St. Pauls, NC  brothers, Jonathan Clark of Lumberton, NC and Kinston Strickland of Red Springs, NC; four sisters, Leann Clark of Maxton, NC; Ramiyah Clark of Red Springs, NC; Kaleigh Strickland of Maxton, NC;  and Dessia; maternal grandmother, Joannie Locklear of St. Pauls, NC; paternal grandparents, Ervin and Annie McNeill of Red Springs, NC; great-grandmother Maybell Clark of Red Springs,NC; great-grandfather Alexander McNeill, Aunts, Lateresa Clark McMillian, Nicole Lucas, Kayla Locklear, Tina Haire and husband Patrick, Margo Grant and husband James, Margaret Scurlock, Cynthia Scurlock, and Patricia, Uncles, Brandon Locklear, and Michael Scurlock. and a host of other relatives and friends.
