He departed this life on August 17, 2024, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. Michael was preceded in death by Ronnie Graham, Valton "Frank" Graham, and Beverly Graham.

Michael leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Leanice Brown Graham of Red Springs, North Carolina, two sons: Kyle Graham (Stacy) of Shannon, North Carolina, Michael Graham of Red Springs, North Carolina, two daughters: Jalessa Graham and Janeceia McKoy both of Red Springs, North Carolina, his father and mother:William Carrington and Ruby Graham Carrington, one brother: Jimmie Graham of Fayetteville, North Carolina, two sisters: Capricia Carrington (Troy), and Forlencia Carrington both of Fayetteville, North Carolina, eleven grandchildren: Jaquassia Brown, Jamont Lester, Janess Graham, Kylie Graham. Journee Carmicheal, Amaya McCraney, Ivy Graham, Aaliyah Graham, Logan Graham, Rylie Graham, P. Graham, one great grandchild: Mila Wright, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
