Mexana Walker Oxendine

Mexana Walker Oxendine age 80 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on November 4, 1943, to the late Kirk Lee Walker and the late Carrie Mae Locklear in Johnston County, North Carolina. She departed this life to her heavenly home on March 19, 2024, at her home. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Maggie Locklear, Tommy Russell Locklear, Curtis Junior Walker and Mary Frances Hunt.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son: William Oxendine, two daughters: Melissa Lowery and Kimberly A. Oxendine, three brothers: Andrew Walker, Douglas Walker, Rev. Gilbert Walker, three sisters: Shirley Bullard, Cathy Jones, Margaret Jacobs, four grandchildren: Joshua Lowery, Seth Lowery, Jonathan Oxendine, Justin Oxendine, a host of great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
