Mrs. Martha Lee Locklear age 84 of Red Springs. North Carolina was born on June 2, 1941, to the late Wade Oxendine and the late Tressie Lowery Oxendine in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life on September 13, 2025, surrounded by her family. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Ferman Locklear, sons, Tony Locklear, Stoney Locklear, Herman Locklear, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Martha leaves to cherish her memories her son: Ferman Locklear Jr., of the home, three daughters: Lisa Locklear, Barbara Locklear, both of Red Springs, North Carolina, Janice Chavis of Rennert, North Carolina,  two brothers: Clyde Oxendine of Red Springs, North Carolina, Carl Oxendine of Shannon, North Carolina, three sisters: Betty Bullard of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, Trudy Locklear of Maxton, North Carolina, Dorothy Boone of Red Springs, North Carolina, eighteen grandchildren, thirty-seven great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
