Marcella Locklear Obituary

Mrs. Marcella Bullard (Mozel) Locklear age 67 of Red Springs,North Carolina was born on May 29, 1953t to Mr. Charlie X Bullard and the late Sally Catherine Bullard  and passed away into eternity to meet her Lord and Savior on Monday, August 10, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband Dannie Locklear Jr, a son, Billy Preston Locklear.

Mrs Marcella was a member of Hoke County Church of God and a member of the adult Choir. She was very active member of the church. Marcella had many jobs in her life but her most fulfilling one was being a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. Marcella was a child of God for over 45 years. 

She leaves to carry on her loving memory, her daughter, Tonya (Ernest) Locklear of Shannon, North Carolina; a son, Dannie Charles (DC) Locklear of the home; five grandchildren: Justin Locklear, Zoey Alisa Barton, Sarah Ann Locklear, Leanda Shorts, and Katrina Locklea; her father Charlie X Bullard of Shannon, North Carolina. Brothers: Phillip Wayne (Bethyina) Chavis of Orrum, North Carolina; Ronald Bullard and friend Letha of Red Springs, North Carolina; Sisters: Betty Jane Bullard of Maxton, North Carolina; Elisa Sue (Will) Hunt of Red Springs, North Carolina; Sharon Mitchell and friend Paul of Red Springs, North Carolina and a host of relatives and friends.
