Lisa McMillian

Mrs. Lisa C. McMillian age 60 of Maxton, North Carolina departed this life on November 19, 2025, in Concord, North Carolina surrounded by her husband, children, and grandchildren. She was born on January 7, 1965, in Robeson County, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her mother Loshie Locklear, father Godwin Chavis, baby girl Yolanda Michelle McMillian, sister Nina Locklear, brothers, William Locklear, Godwin Chavis, Jr., and Danny Chavis.

Everyone who knew Lisa, knows that she loved the Lord more than anything. She loved to sing and play the tambourine and did so for over forty years. She was very greedy with the Holy Spirit and would praise the Lord even if she had to right by herself.

Lisa leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Terrice McMillian, of the home, three children: Terrice "TJ" McMillian Jr. (Brittany) of Laurinburg, North Carolina, Kellie McMillian and Jernigan McMillian of the home, four grandchildren: Tiara, Jasmine, AraBella, Gunner, brothers: Leon Chavis, Harlen Chavis (Dorcas), Jake Chavis, sisters: Laura Freeman (George), Francine Henderson (James), Barbara Wilcox (Glen), Doris Scott, many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
