Lewis Edwin Fulmer

Mr. Lewis Edwin Fulmer age 64 of Hamlet, North Carolina was born on April 12, 1959, to the late Mr. Robert Fulmer and late Mrs. Jesse Bell Locklear Fulmer in Scotland County. He departed this life into eternity on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by one brother, Larry Fulmer.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Carol McMillan Fulmer of the home, three sons, Joshua Fulmer of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Jesse Fulmer and Bobby Fulmer both of Red Springs, North Carolina; three daughters, Gracelyn Ledwell of the home, Cheyenne Fulmer and Joy Emanuel both of Red Springs, North Carolina; stepson, Joseph Whittie of Hamlet, North Carolina; stepdaughter, Shelly Brigman (Scott) of Hamlet, North Carolina; two brothers, Trent Woods of Red Springs, North Carolina; William Fulmer of Florence, North Carolina; four sisters, Jackie Locklear and Lisa Lowery both of Red Springs, North Carolina; Barbara Locklear and Tonya Jacobs both of Maxton, North Carolina; special cousin who was more like a brother Delton Locklear. sixteen grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
