Mr. Lester Levern Farrington, Jr., age 38 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on September 4,1983, to Mr. Lester Levern Farrington, Sr., and biological mother, Mrs. Han Miyong in Cumberland County, North Carolina. Lester, Jr., was raised by his father, Lester and mom, Wilma Borvari Farrington in Red Springs. North Carolina; He transitioned from this life into eternity on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at McLeod Regional Hospital, Florence, South Carolina. Preceding Lester in death are his paternal grandparents, Mr. George (Bobo) Farrington and Mrs. Willie Mae Farrington; and his brother, Derrick Farrington.
Lester, Jr., attended Red Springs High School and graduated with the Class of 2001. He furthered his education at North Carolina A&T University in Greensboro, North Carolina. After attending college, he followed his heart and moved to California, where he worked in Information Technology at a local hospital. He later relocated back to his home, Red Springs, to be close to family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his father and mom, Lester Levern Farrington, Sr., and wife, Wilma Farrington of the home; two brothers, Brandon Farrington (Katrina) of Red Springs, North Carolina; and Jalen Farrington of the home; one sister, Jennifer Farrington of Red Springs, North Carolina, three uncles, John Farrington (Brenda), of Raeford, North Carolina; Christian Borvari and Michael Borvari, both of Germany; six aunts, Shirley McLaughlin, of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Carrie Rogers, of Durham, North Carolina; Glendale Little, Carolyn Farrington, and Sandra Farrington, all of Red Springs, North Carolina; and Sonya Platcer (Harald), of Germany; three great aunts, Rena Gerald, Mattie Lewis and Nancy Blue, all of Lumberton, North Carolina; his first cousin that was like a sister, Lamecha Farrington, his cousins, George, David, Renea (Corey), Reneka, Jeneise, Lakaya, and, Deja Farrington one nephew, Brandon Jr., three nieces, Amyah, Aaliyah and Kamalie, a special friend, James Dixon, of Red Springs, North Carolina and a host of other relatives and friends.
