Miss Lacyonna Oxendine age 13 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on June 13, 2011, to Mr. Adam Oxendine and Ms. Kimberly Locklear in Robeson County. She departed this life into eternity on Tuesday February 04, 2025, at Duke Children's Hospital in Durham, North Carolina. Lacyonna was preceded in death by her grandmothers Chestine Locklear, Cora Oxendine, Julia Jacobs, grandfathers, Leo Locklear, George Oxendine, Charlie Ray Brooks, Winford Jacobs, Aunts, Nitress Jacobs, Jenane Jones, Jackie Locklear, uncles, Ronald Jacobs, David Oxendine, Gerald Jacobs, Charles Jacobs, Dobie Jacobs, Brian McMillian
Lacyonna was a beautiful young girl who enjoyed spending time with her family especially Bryson her best friend. She loved jewerly, makeup and watching Tik-Tok. She was a 7th grader at Red Springs Middle School. She was sassy, smart and would hibernate under the covers to get her me time. She was a daddy's girl at heart and knew it. She will truly be missed by so many but her earthly loss is heaven's gain.
She leaves to cherish her memories her father Mr. Adam Oxendine and her mother Ms. Kimberly Locklear of Red Springs, North Carolina; sisters, Lylah Jacobs, Nyasia Locklear, her brothers, Adam Oxendine, Kenan Parker, Bryson Oxendine, Zyeon Lindsay. her aunts, Glenda Oxendine, Shelly McMillian, Concetta Bullard (Kirk Jr.), her uncles, Rodney Oxendine, Kenryn McMillian, Rev. Cordovian McMillian, Logan McMillian, her niece, Shaniyla Alexziona Hunt, her grandmothers, Dianne Jacobs and Shelby Jane McMillian. grandfathers, Windford Jacobs, Kenneth Locklear, her great aunts, Bobbi Joe Fernandez, Betty Lowery, Betty Edwards, Frances Sanchez, special aunt, Shauna Locklear and a host of other family and friends.
