Lacota Finnen Locklear

Mr. Lacota Finnen Locklear age 22, of Pembroke, went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Lacota Finnen was born at Cape Fear Regional Medical Center to Chris Locklear and Chawona Emanuel Williams on October 14, 2003. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Judson and Lenora Locklear, his maternal grandfather the late Finnen Clark.

In 2022 Lacota graduated from Scotland Christian Academy in Laurinburg, North Carolina.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, a daughter, Cardella Jean Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina; his father, Chris Locklear (Jessica) of Lumberton, North Carolina; his mother Chawona Emanuel Williams (Heath) of McColl, South Carolina; two sisters, Brandy Locklear of Lumberton, North Carolina; Summer Locklear of McColl, South Carolina; two brothers, Christopher Locklear (Bridget), Andrew Locklear (Kristy) all of Lumberton, North Carolina; one step brother Brandon Odum of Lumberton, North Carolina; three step sisters, Kelsey Williams (Jahari) of McColl, South Carolina; Kasey Sampson of Pembroke, North Carolina; Ashley Odum of Lumberton, North Carolina; maternal grandmother Donnie E. Sarden (Miguel) of Orlando Florida, six nephews, thirteen nieces, and a host of family and friends.
