Mrs. Judy Faye Bullard age 72 of Maxton, North Carolina was born on Jan 09, 1952, to the late Mr. John Willie Bullard and the late Mrs. Harriet Locklear Bullard in Robeson County. She entered into her heavenly home on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by one son, Craig Bullard, eight siblings, Claretta Chavis, Unealear Rogers, Joseph Locklear, Jacob Locklear, John Willie Bullard Jr, Virginia Lowery, Kathleen Clark, Ricky Bullard.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one son Kelvin Bullard, one daughter, Claudette Bullard both of Maxton, North Carolina; two sisters, Daphia Chavis, Helen Jacobs both of Maxton, North Carolina; one brother Rocky Locklear (Janice) of Maxton, North Carolina, six grandchildren, Jamil Chavis, Chanda (O'Bryant) Williams, Byron Locklear, Kelsey Bullard, Savannah Brooks, Gabriel Smith, three great-grandchildren, Lakota, Lakaidon, and Byron Jr. honorary sisters, Sherlene Locklear and Brenda Lowery and a host of other relatives and friends
