Mr. Joseph "Tookiebug" Locklear age 83 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on April 8, 1943, to the late Curtis Locklear and the late Adline Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life to his eternal home on May 2, 2026, at his residence surrounded by his loved ones. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sally Locklear, a grandchild, Heather Locklear, brothers, Peter Locklear and Tom Locklear, sisters, Rena Bell Beard and Minnie Bell Locklear.
Mr. Joseph leaves to cherish his memories his companion: Dolly Locklear, two sons: Joseph Locklear Jr. (Vickie), and Marshall Phillip Locklear (Francesca), two daughters: Malinda Locklear and Cynthia Locklear, one brother: Richard Locklear, six sisters: May Bell Locklear, Venus Ann Locklear, Alice Locklear, Gertrude Smith, Ann Oxendine, and Linda F. Locklear, thirteen grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren, special friends: Roscoe "Shot" Locklear and Dakyai "Duke Boy" Locklear, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
