John Willie McEachin Jr

Mr. John Willie McEachin, Jr., age 79 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on March 23, 1945 to the late John Willie McEachin, Sr., and the late Bettie Mae Buie in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life on April 12, 2024, at UNC Health Southeastern, Lumberton, North Carolina. John was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Patterson McEachin, two siblings, Willie Mae (McEachin) Young in 1997, Brooklyn, NY, and Hartent (McEachin) Dunston in January 2004, Newark, NJ, son Jeffrey McEachin Prunty, one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. 

He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Michelle Prunty, in Newark, New Jersey, and Charlotte Yvette Prunty in East Orange, New Jersey; two sons, Harry Faison, in Clinton, Maryland, and David Williams, in Charlotte, North Carolina; two stepsons, Harold Brown, Jr., in Red Springs, North Carolina and Christopher Brown in Charlotte, North Carolina. Fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great grand-children, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
