Mr. John Willie Locklear (Duce), fondly remembered as Fuzz, age 90 of Shannon, North Carolina was born on November 08, 1932, to the late Arthur Locklear and the late Mamie Davis in Robeson County, North Carolina. He departed this life to eternal rest on May 06, 2023, at Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation, Winston Salem, North Carolina. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his stepmother Agnora Locklear, sisters Emma D. Locklear, Emma Gail Jones, Annie Locklear, brothers James Locklear, Mack Locklear, Wilton Locklear, a special niece Betty Ann Jones.
Mr. John leaves to cherish his memories a special son: Christopher Jacobs, five brothers: Robert Locklear, Charles Locklear, Ricky Nelson Locklear, Gary Nelson Locklear, Arthur Locklear Jr., seven sisters: Mary Locklear, Christine Gibbs, Othella Locklear, Catherine Hammonds, Barbara Chavis, Ruth Jacobs, Helen Faye Clark along with a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
