Mrs. Jean Doris Locklear of Maxton N.C. completed her earthly journey of 79 years on November 16, 2025 at her home. She was born on July 12, 1946, to the late Mr. Bizzell and Mrs. Margan Clark.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers; Donald Ray Clark, Sandy Clark and Finnen Clark and a granddaughter; Shiloh Faith Epps.
Jean was the heart of her family, known for her boundless love, unrestricted opinions and delicious cooking. She was a line weaver at Burlington Mills, where she retired after 40 years of dedicated service.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her loving husband of 14 years, Mr. Phillip Bullard, a daughter, Mrs. Kerry Epps (Clyde) of Red Springs N.C.; one son, Mr. Michael Locklear (Danelle) of Wakulla, N.C., one step-son, Phillip Bullard Jr “Mouka” (Deb); her 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, one sister Mrs. Judy Chavis (Sterling) of Maxton, N.C. and a host of family and friends.
