Jannie Ann Spence

Ms. Jannie Ann Spence age 70 of Red Springs, North Carolina was born on August 7, 1950 to the late Bill McGirt and the late Gretchen Hunt McGirt in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life to eternal life on October 6, 2020 at her home. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Nolan Kirkman Spence, her sisters Margaret Quick, Billie Jean Ray, Gretchen Berry and  Billie Joyce Gage.

Ms. Jannie leaves to cherish her memories one son Everette Christopher Cooper ( Linda ) of Maxton, North Carolina, one daughter Samantha Lowery ( Junior) of Maxton, North Carolina, two brothers Glenn Lucas of Winston Salem, North Carolina, William C. Ray (Bill ) of Pembroke, North Carolina, four sisters Sandra Cummings of Maxton, North Carolina, Peggy Swett ( Rev. Bruce ) of Pembroke, North Carolina, Patricia Locklear ( Billy) of Red Springs, North Carolina, Becky Brooks of Red Springs, North Carolina, ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, a special sister - in- law Shirley Cooper along with a host of other relatives and friends, a special thanks to Nicole McNeill, Ramona Townsend, and daughter- in - law Linda Cooper.
