Mr. James Phillip Lowery age 51 of Pembroke, North Carolina was born on October 10, 1974 to Mr. Ziron Lowery and Mrs. Helen Faye Jones McMillan in Robeson County. He departed this life into eternity on Monday, March 09, 2026. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Howard and Strawdie Jones, stepfather, Leonard McMillan

He leaves to cherish his memories, one son, Phillip Shane Lowery of Pembroke, North Carolina; two daughters, Jasmine Nicole Locklear and Ciara Nicole Lowery both of Maxton, North Carolina; his father, Ziron Lowery, his mother, Helen Faye McMillan of Pembroke, North Carolina; one brother, Archie McMillan and wife Linda of Pembroke, North Carolina; four grandchildren, Landon Timothy Lowery, Loghan Cole Lowery, Bryson Shane Lowery, Kenleigh Nicole Lowery  and a host of other family and friends.
