Mr. James Calvin Jones age 79 of Lumberton, North Carolina was born on August 5, 1942, to the late Matha Jane Hunt in Robeson County., He departed this life on November 25, 2021, at Hope Springs Nursing Facility, Red Springs, North Carolina. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his siblings, Robert Hunt, Howard Hunt, Larry Hunt, Bobby Hunt, Cardell Hunt, Samuel Hunt and Martha Epps.
He leaves to cherish his memories, one daughter, Sandy Gail Jones of Lumberton, North Carolina; two sisters, Debra Hunt and Georgianna Jacobs of Pembroke, North Carolina; two brothers, Needham Hunt and Danny Ray Hunt both of Pembroke, North Carolina; three grandchildren, Megan, Roy,and Sara, eight grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
