Ivene Oxendine Locklear

Mrs. Ivene Oxendine Locklear age 85 of Pembroke, North Carolina was born on January 25, 1939, to the late Hartman Oxendine and the late Quessie Mae Locklear in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this life on November 27, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her family. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Mary Joyce Marusiodis, James Oxendine, Jessie Jones and Dottie Vain.

Mrs. Ivene leaves to cherish her memories six sons: Melvin Locklear, Woodell Locklear (Vicky), Christopher Locklear (Terri), Timothy Locklear (Jo Helen), Gregory Locklear and Tony Locklear, one brother: Dallas Oxendine, fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
