Helen M. Lowery

Mrs. Helen M Lowery age 97 of Raeford entered into eternal rest with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, January 12, 2024. She was born on August 01, 1926, in Robeson County to the late Mr. John and late Mrs. Susie McMillian. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her late husband, Willie Lowery, son, Eugene Lowery, four brothers, Kermit McMillian, Jimmy McMillian, John McMillian, Jr., and Wayne McMillian, four sisters, Susie McMillian, Mollie M. McRae, Myrtle Lowery, and Margaret Woods,  three grandsons and five great-grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memories her children: Linda Dial (Larry) of Shannon, North Carolina; John Willie Lowery (Peggy) of Aberdeen, North Carolina; Bobby Lowery (Faye) of Raeford, North Carolina; Tony Lowey (Marie) of Raeford, North Carolina; Ann Locklear (Bernice) of Lumberton, North Carolina; Ronnie Lowery of Raeford, North Carolina; Jacqueline Lowery (James) of Aberdeen, North Carolina; Helen C. Barefoot (Lee) of Maxton, North Carolina; two brothers, Wade McMillian, William McMillian both of Aberdeen, North Carolina; a special friend, Willie Mae Campbell, of Raeford, North Carolina; a daughter-in-law, Evelyn Lowery of Raeford, North Carolina; thirty-six grandchildren, ninety-seven great-grandchildren, and fifty-nine great-great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
