Harvey Oxendine

Mr. Harvey Oxendine age 69 of Rowland, North Carolina was born July 28, 1955, to the late Mr. Calhoun and Ruby Oxendine. Mr. Harvey departed this life on March 26, 2025, at home. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mrs. Judy Lane Oxendine of 45 years, three sisters, Glenda Bullard, Sara Bullard, and Faye Oxendine, four brothers, Kenneth Oxendine, Harold Bullard, Gerald Oxendine, Calton Oxendine.

He was survived by three children, Harvey Ray Oxendine of the home, Sandy Jacobs (Dallas) of the home, Jessie Oxendine (Brandy) of Rowland, North Carolina, two step children, Lori Sampson of Red Springs, North Carolina, and Paul Sampson of Wilmington, North Carolina, seventeen grandchildren, Noah, Harley, Destiny, Jace, Halana, Lucas, Emory Jae, Ariah, Kierra, Brandon, Kelly, Sebastian and Damian "DD", Tye, Devin, Ladamian and Darren. brothers and sisters, Carlton Oxendine, Erneta Locklear, OJ Oxendine, Mildred Locklear, Beckie Oxendine, Willie Oxendine, Calhoun Oxendine, Earl Oxendine, and Ruby Mae Oxendine.

His presence will be forever missed by all his hunting buddies from Bladen Community Hunting Club, Big Tony and Little Tony, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
